Wet Cleaning System
It is a process used for efficient washing of agro-based raw materials and providing maximum recovery of water. We have supplied these systems to Yaslik Paper Mill and ABC Paper Mill.
Brown Stock Washing
HDO designs and supplies Brown-stock Washing Systems to handle variety of raw materials, pulping processes and capacities. HDO's introduction of ripple deck design provides huge savings in cost due to reduction in caustic soda losses. This system has been supplied to Yaslik, ABC, Century, BILT, TNPL, Yash, KR Papers among others.
Continuous Digester System

Bleaching System
HDO's bleaching system complies with strict environment norms and is based on eco- friendly bleaching technologies like Elemental Chlorine- free (ECF) bleaching, Oxygen De-lignification (ODL) and Total Chlorine-free (TCF) bleaching. The TCF and ODL system was first supplied to Yaslik Paper Mill in Turkmenistan.
Recausticizing System
The Two-Stage De-silication Technology developed by HDO is very effective in Silica removal and reduces cost by enhancing the overall chemical recovery. This state-of-the-art technology was supplied to major pulp mills like BILT, JK Paper Ltd, TNPL, West Coast Paper Mills & SPB Ltd.
