Hindustan Dorr-Oliver is a major player in India's Water market and has over five decades of experience in executing turnkey EPC projects. Effluent Treatment Plants
HDO has the capability and technology to deal with any kind of effluent generated by industries, refineries, fertilizer plants, steel plants, pulp and paper mills etc. Based on the type of effluent, we provide our clients world class effluent treatment system which integrates latest technologies like MBR, SBR, VOC, RO, chemical and biological sludge removal and provide zero effluent discharge system to our clients. Our clientele includes reputed names like IOCL, BORL, BPCL, CPCL, HPCL, HMEL, Tata Chemicals etc.
Sewage Treatment Plants
HDO selectively participates in STPs. We are involved with larger projects that utilize newer technologies and release water that is safe for discharge. HDO had utilized technologies like Activated Sludge Process for clients like Chennai Metropolitan in past. HDO used the latest Sequential Batch Removal(SBR) technology for clients like CIDCO and Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation.
Raw Water Treatment Plants
Most plants in India utilize the conventional methods of water treatment. The first Raw Water Treatment Plant for Chennai Mertopolitan Water Supply and Sewage Board at Redhills of 300 MLD capacity was supplied by HDO ona turnkey EPC basis.
Operation and Maintenance
We also undertake O&M of Raw Water Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants, RO Systems etc. Our clients include BORL, HPCL, CPCL, CIDCO Khargar, JMC Jaipur and Chennai Municipality.
Equipment
HDO supplies its proprietary solid-liquid separation equipment for water and wastewater treatment like Flocculators, Clarifiers, Clariflocculators, Thickeners, Rotary Vacuum Drum Filters, Pre-treator, Screens, Detritors, Aerators etc.
